I guess this might be a good replacement for the agile messenger since its free and its got all the Windows live messenger features .
You can download the client from here MSN China. The website is in Chinese but the application is in English .

thanx a lot but this thing does not work for Nokia 3250
i really dont know why its not working on your Nokia 3250 but i did tryed it couple of times on the Nokia 3250 and it was working really fine no any Problems at all ..
check your network cause i thing u need an internet GPRS connection not just WAP ...

and No its Not closed .. its working really fine , am useing it on ma Nokia e61 and n 73 .
but some time it takes me a very long time to sing in , but now i think they have fixed this problem ..
